Skate Canada Testing Program
This program is geared towards hockey and ringette skaters that want to improve their balance, power, agility, speed and endurance on the ice. Skills, techniques and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations. Testing will be also be provided at the end of each session.
Skaters must be at least 6 years old (early session is usually 6-8 years, later session 9-11 years) and have basic forward and backward skating skills. Participants should wear full hockey/ringette equipment that is CSA approved.
